Cancel, Refund, and Replacement Policy

Cancellation: Any cancellations made as per Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions will result in a refund of the amount paid for the canceled transaction. The refund process will be processed within seven (7) to twenty-one (21) days. This policy does not entitle you to further compensation or the right to insist on order completion or product delivery beyond the cancellation refund.

Refund: We offer a 30-day refund policy for our physical products (Book, T-shirts & Notebook). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. 

You may request a refund for those products at support@futuretrendsteam.com and our team will be happy to help you out!

Replacement: In the event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@futuretrendsteam.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Then we will arrange for a replacement for the damaged or defective item.
