5. Delivery & Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 30 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Physical Product Shipping - within 30 working days

Digital Product - 3 working days

Service - date of commencement of service will be subject to the type of service provided

We won’t hold any responsibility of delay of delivery by 3rd party courier service.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

- Malaysia : USD15

- Singapore: USD15

Delivery Estimates: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Shipping Destinations: We currently only ship to addresses in UAE, Malaysia, & Singapore.

Lost or Damaged Items: FUTURE TRENDS FZCO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

6. Billing & Account Information

We retain the right to reject any order you place with us. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders made under the same customer account, the same credit card, or with the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will make an effort to notify you via the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of purchase. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

In the event of an electronic, computer, operational, and/or technical error that affects the details and pricing of a product or any promotion on the Website, we have the absolute right to rectify such error and/or cancel any transaction that was entered into based on the said error.
